Reporting Fraud Events

TFI, on behalf its client, report fraud events in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes the Cyber Crimes Act, RICA (Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act), POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), and guidelines set by ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of South Africa), as well as requirements from the Information Regulator.

We handle the reporting process on your behalf, liaising directly with the appropriate authorities such as the South African Police Service, the Information Regulator, and ICASA, to ensure that your organisation meets all legal obligations efficiently and effectively.
